为进一步指导广东省充分发挥中医药在防控新冠肺炎疫情中的作用,广东省中医药局委托广东省中医治未病服务控制中心(广东省中医院)组织专家研究制定《广东省新冠肺炎中医治未病指引》,供大众人群、密切接触者参考选用。

In order to give further guidance to Guangdong Province and in order to fully utilize traditional Chinese medicine and its advantages in preventing and controlling the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, the Guangdong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Bureau commissioned the Guangdong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment and Control Center (Guangdong Provincial Hospital) to organize experts to study Guidelines for the Treatment of Diseases, for the reference of the general population and close contacts of COVID-19 patients.

Guidelines for TCM Treatment of COVID-19 in Guangdong Province

 为发挥中医药特色优势,进一步做好我省新冠肺炎的中医治未病工作,在广东省中医药局领导下,广东省中医治未病服务质量监控中心(广东省中医院)组织全省中医治未病专家,在中医治未病理论指导下,根据新冠肺炎的临床特征、岭南地区体质特性,以及自2019年冬季我省气候变化情况及未来的可能发展趋势,制定本指引。

In order to maximize the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, and further improve the work of using traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia in our province, under the leadership of the Guangdong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Bureau, Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Service Quality Monitoring Center (Guangdong Traditional Chinese Hospital) organized the province's traditional Chinese medicine experts. This group of experts was guided by the principle of “treating diseases before they manifest,” and based their recommendations on the clinical characteristics of this type of pneumonia, as well as the constitutional characteristics of the people in the Lingnan region, and climate and weather conditions in our province since the winter of 2019. These guidelines also endeavor to take into account the possible future trends and development of this epidemic.

临床上,新冠肺炎的中医致病邪气性质表现为寒湿疫毒;岭南地区气候多潮湿、人群体质具有“阳气不足、上热下寒、湿气偏盛”的特性;去年冬天为干燥暖冬,至今年春天先遇春寒,“春时应暖而复大寒……冬时应寒而反大温,非其时而有其气”,天气气候特征与新冠肺炎病邪性质相类,而岭南地区人群在其体质各偏颇方向上均存在与新冠肺炎疫邪“同气相求”的性质。

Clinically, novel coronavirus pneumonia is classified as a “cold and damp epidemic toxin” in terms of the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenic Qi classification system. Lingnan has a humid climate, and therefore people living in this area often have constitutions or conditions that are characterized by "inadequate yang, heat above and cold below, and a tendency to have excess, exuberant dampness.” Last winter was dry and warm, and the spring of this year began with a cold spell. Traditional literature tells us that, "When it is cold in spring, rather than warm, or when it is warm in winter rather than cold, this means we have qi that does not belong to its proper season.” The characteristics of the weather and the climate match the characteristics of COVID-19, and the population of this region already has constitutional characteristics that cause them to “seek the same Qi,” [amplify the effects] therefore the cold, damp characteristics of the illness are exacerbated in this region.

因此,本指引从一般大众、密切接触者两个层面,以体质偏颇方向为分类,按照护养正气、固本纠偏、御邪防疫的思路,以药食同源为主体的汤膳茶饮方,以及生活方式、中医药简易辟秽防疫法、穴位保健按摩法、心理自理自助与疏导为主要内容提供指引。

For the reasons explained above, this set of guidelines is divided into sections for the general public, close contacts, and for people with different constitutional tendencies. These are based on the principles of protecting and nourishing healthy Qi, securing the root and correcting excesses, and defending against pathogens and preventing pestilence. We outline medicinal foods, including soups and teas, as well as lifestyle changes, simple preventive methods from TCM, acupressure and massage, and counseling advice as a guide for the public.

一、大众预防调养药食同源方案

(A)Medicinal Foods for Prevention and Wellness for the General Population

 (一)体质平和人群。

平素身体状况较好,无基础疾病,无明显不适表现,无明显寒热偏颇者。

1. 药膳处方

处方一:

组成(3人分量):黄豆、黑豆各50克,北杏仁(去皮苦杏仁)15克(打碎),瘦肉250克,陈皮1瓣,生姜30克,紫苏叶10克(鲜品更佳)。

煎煮方法:豆类用清水浸泡30分钟;猪瘦肉洗净切成肉沫后备用;瘦肉及紫苏叶之外的各种食材加水2000-3000ml毫升,大火滚开后转小火煮30分钟,加入肉沫及紫苏叶,再煮5分钟,加入适量食盐调味后即可饮用。

服用方法:煲汤饮用,饭后1小时温服。近1个月可以每周连续服用3天,或每2-3天服1次。

 (1) Balanced Constitutions

These are for people with relatively good health, who have no underlying illnesses or other symptoms, and who do not have a particularly hot or cold constitution.

1. Medicinal Food Recipes

Recipe One

Ingredients (for 3 people):

50g soybeans, 50g black beans, 15g Northern almonds (peeled bitter almond), 250g lean meat, 1 slice of tangerine peel, 30g ginger, 10g perilla leaves (fresh if possible).

Decocting method: Soak the beans in water for 30 minutes; wash the lean pork, mince and set aside; Add 2000-3000ml of water to a pot and put all the other ingredients except the pork and perilla leaves in the water. Bring to a boil the simmer for 30 minutes. Add minced meat and perilla leaves, cook for another 5 minutes, then add some salt to taste.

Administration: Drink warm as a soup 1 hour after a meal. It can be taken  for 3 consecutive days in one week or once every 2-3 days for 1 month.

处方二:

组成(3人分量):白糯米100-150克,带须鲜葱头(到葱白部分)7-8根,生姜5片,陈醋适量。

做法:白糯米、生姜洗净备用;加适量开水到砂锅中,大火煮开后加入白糯米、生姜煮20-30分钟。加入带须鲜葱头,煮至白糯米熟烂,再加入陈醋10-15mL搅匀调味,趁热食用。

服用方法:近1个月每周2次,每3-4天服1次。

2. 茶饮处方:麦芽消滞茶(适合7岁以上人群)

组成(3人分量):生麦芽30克,布渣叶15克,北杏仁(去皮苦杏仁)15克(打碎),生姜30克,茯苓20克,普洱茶叶10克。煮泡饮用。

Recipe Two

Ingredients (for 3 people): White glutinous rice 100-150g, fresh onion [leeks] (use the green parts and the hairs) 7-8 stalks, ginger 5 pieces, vinegar to taste

Method: Wash the white glutinous rice and ginger and set aside; add some boiling water to a casserole or soup pot. Bring to a boil on high heat and add the white glutinous rice and ginger; simmer for 20-30 minutes. Add in the fresh onion [with the thin hairs], cook until the white glutinous rice is cooked and soft, then add in 10-15ml vinegar, mix well and adjust taste if necessary. Eat while hot.

Administration: Twice a week or once every 3-4 days for one month.

2. Tea Prescription: Malt Disperse Stagnation tea (suitable for people over 7 years old)

Ingredients (for 3 persons): 30g raw malt, 15g tea leaves in a bag, 15g Northernalmond (peeled bitter almond), 30g ginger, 20g Poria (Fu Ling) and 10g Puer tea. Boil and drink.

 (二)体质偏虚人群。

平素不耐寒凉,怕冷怕风,四肢偏凉,胃口欠佳,大便不成形者。

1. 药膳处方:

组成(3人分量):黑豆50克,黄豆50克,紫苏叶15克(鲜品更佳,干品亦可),葱白3-4根(南方小葱的白色部分,包含须、根),生姜50克(切片),炒白扁豆30克,陈皮10克,红枣25克(约),生甘草10克。

煎煮方法:豆类用清水浸泡30分钟;所有食材加水1500毫升,大火滚开后转小火煮40分钟,大约煮成800毫升。

服用方法:7-17岁每天服用150-200毫升,18岁以上每天服用200-300毫升,饭后1小时温服。近1个月可以每周连续服用3天,或每2-3天服1次。

(2) People with Weak Constitutions

This is for people who “cannot take the cold” and have aversion to cold and wind, cold limbs, poor appetite, and unformed stools.

1. Medicinal Food Recipe:

Ingredients (for 3 people): 50g black beans, 50g yellow beans, 15g perilla leaves (fresh is best but dry is acceptable), 3-4 scallions (use white part of Southern shallot, including whiskers and roots), 50g ginger (sliced), 30g fried white lentils, 10g orange peel, 25g red dates, 10g raw licorice.

Decocting method: Soak beans in water for 30 minutes; Add 1500 ml water to all ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer for 40 minutes, or until it boils down to about 800 ml.

 Administration:  Drink 150-200ml daily for 7-17 year olds; 200-300ml daily for people over 18 years old. Drink warm 1 hour after meals. It can be taken for 3 consecutive days with one week or once every 2-3 days for 1 month.

2. 茶饮处方:

组成(3人分量):生姜30克(切片),红枣30克(掰开),普洱茶叶10克。冲泡饮用。

2. Tea Prescription:

Ingredients (3 persons): 30g ginger (sliced), 30g jujube (broken open), 10g Pu'er tea. Brew and drink.

 (三)体质偏实人群。

平素易觉口干或口苦,大便干结或粘腻不爽,颜面油腻,容易咽痛及口腔溃疡者。

(3) People with Relatively Excessive Constitutions

For people who tend to have a dry mouth or a bitter taste in the mouth, dry or sticky stool, an oily complexion, prone to sore throats and mouth sores and ulcers.

1. 药膳处方:

组成(3人分量):黄豆50克,北杏仁(去皮苦杏仁)15克(打碎),生姜30克(切片),薏苡仁15克,桔梗10克,青皮5克,陈皮5克,芦根15克,蒲公英10克,生甘草10克。

煎煮方法:黄豆、薏苡仁先用清水浸泡30分钟,所有食材加水1500毫升,大火滚开后转小火煮40分钟,大约煮成800毫升。

服用方法:7-17岁每天服用150-200毫升,18岁以上每天服用200-300毫升,饭后1小时温服,可以连续服用3天。

注意:此方孕妇慎用。高尿酸血症及痛风患者,处方请去黄豆。

1. Medicinal Food Recipe:

Ingredients (for 3 people): 50g soybean, 15g Northern almond (peeled bitter almond), 30g ginger (sliced), 15g coix seed (Job’s tears), 10g Platycodon grandiflorum, 5g green orange peel, 5g dried orange peel, 15g reed root, 10g dandelion and 10g raw licorice.

Cooking Method: Soak the soybeans and coix seeds in water for 30 minutes. Add 1500 ml of water and all the ingredients to a pot, boil then simmer for 40 minutes, and boil down until about 800 ml of liquid is left.

Administration: 150-200 ml daily for 7-17 year olds; 200-300 ml daily for people over 18 years old. Drink warm 1 hour after a meal, for 3 consecutive days.

Note: Pregnant women should use this prescription with caution. For hyperuricemia and gout patients, eliminate the soybeans.

2. 茶饮处方:

组成(3人分量):苦荞麦或荞麦10克,绿茶叶10克。冲泡饮用。

注意:

1、服用期间有不适感觉者,应立即停止服药并及时咨询医师。

2、对上述材料有过敏史者禁用,过敏体质慎用。

3、如不喝茶的朋友或者是小儿,可以酌情加用红糖、冰糖或蜂蜜调味。

4、本方案仅用于大众人群作为调理、预防使用,不能用于患病后的治疗。如出现发热、咳嗽、流涕等感冒症状,请到医院作进一步诊疗。

2. Tea Prescription

Ingredients (for 3 people): 10g of Tartary buckwheat or buckwheat; 10g of green tea; Steep and drink.

Note:

1. If you feel any discomfort while taking these prescriptions, you should stop taking the medicine immediately and consult your doctor.

2. Those with a history of allergies to any of the above ingredients should not take them, and those with an “allergic constitution” or multiple allergies should use them with caution.

3. For friends or children who do not enjoy the taste of tea, you can add brown sugar, rock sugar or honey as appropriate.

4. These prescriptions for use by the general population for general prevention and supplementation only and cannot be used as a substitute for treatment after illness has already occurred. If you have a cold, or symptoms such as fever, cough or runny nose, please go to the hospital for further diagnosis and treatment.

二、密切接触者(成人)调养方

(B) Supplementing and Regulating Presciptions for Adults with Close Contact with Potential COVID-19 Patients

 1. 体质平和或偏虚者,以桂枝汤加减。

组成:桂枝10克,赤芍10克,生姜10克,红枣10克,炙甘草5克,葛根15克,藿香5克,苦杏仁10克,白蔻仁5克,五爪龙15克。

1. For Balanced or slightly deficient constitutions, use modified Gui Zhi Tang :

Composition:  Gui zhi 10g, Chi Shao 10g, Sheng Jiang 10g, Hong Zao 10g, Zhi Gan Cao 5g, Ge Gen 15g, Huo Xiang 5g, Ku Xing Ren 10g, Bai Dou kou 5g, Wu Gua lao 15g

 2.体质偏痰湿,易口粘、大便粘腻者,以三仁汤加减。

组成:杏仁10克,白蔻仁5克,薏苡仁10克,厚朴10克,法半夏10克,川木通5克,芦根10克,银花10克,藿香5克.

2. For constitutions that tend to have phlegm-damp with a sticky sensation in the mouth, sticky stools, use Modified San Ren Tang:

Composition: Xing ren 10g, Bai dou kou 5g, Yi yi ren 10g, Hou po 10g, Fa Ban xia 10g, Chuan Mu tong 5g, Lu gen 10g, Jin yin hua 10g, Huo xiang 5g

 3.体质偏湿热,易口干苦、心烦、手心热者,以栀子豉汤合橘皮竹茹汤加减。

组成:栀子10克,橘皮10克,青竹茹10克,淡豆豉10克,大青叶5克,蜂蜜10克(药汁与蜂蜜另煮开3分钟)。

煎服法:将方药置于煎药锅中,加清水800毫升,大火煎至水开后在调小火煲煎半小时至400ml(大约1碗),每天1剂,分2次温服。

3. For constitutions with damp-heat with dry mouth and bitter taste in the mouth, irritability, heat in the palms and soles, use modified Zhi zi Chi Tang and Ju Pi Zhu Ru Tang.

Decoction Method:Place all ingredients into a pot of cooking herbs (usually ceramic), add 800ml of water; Boil and then simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes until 400ml (about one bowl) is left. This is the does for one day; take twice per day morning and evening.

 三、生活方式调养

(C) Lifestyle and Wellness

 1、避免交叉感染。“虚邪贼风,避之有时”,目前已经清楚,新型冠状病毒会通过飞沫传播、接触传播。因此要尽量减少对周围物体的接触,勤洗手,出门戴口罩,避免到人流密集场所,尽可能减少聚会。按照中国疾控中心(微信公众号“中国疾控动态”)、广东省疾控中心(微信公众号“广东疾控”)发布的相关疫情防控要求、预防指引要求,做好个人卫生防护。

 1. Avoid cross infection. The classical saying "“Empty evils and robber winds must be avoided in a timely way ", now clearly applies to our situation with the new coronavirus that is spread through droplets and contact. Therefore, it is necessary to minimize contact with surrounding objects, wash hands frequently, wear face masks when going out, avoid crowded places, and reduce gatherings of people as much as possible. We should follow the relevant epidemic prevention and control requirements and prevention guidelines issued by the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention (WeChat public account "China CDC Update") and the Guangdong Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention (WeChat public account "Guangdong CDC"), and pay attention to personal hygiene protection.

 2、避免熬夜,保证充足休息。

2. Avoid staying up late and ensure that you get adequate rest.

 3、避风寒,保证头、颈、腰背、下肢的保暖。容易出汗之人,尤其是小朋友,注意出汗之后,如果衣服湿了,应该尽快更换衣服,或者提前垫干毛巾在前胸后背吸汗,保持身体干爽,根据天气与出汗情况及时加减衣物。

3. Avoid wind and cold, and keep the head, neck, lower back, and lower limbs warm. People who are prone to sweating, especially children, should pay attention to changing clothes as soon as possible after sweating, or use a towel to absorb sweat by placing it on the chest and back. Keep your body dry, and adjust layers of clothing according to the weather and your level of sweating.

 4、避免进食油腻、煎炸、烧烤、辛辣食物;慎食寒凉性较强的水果,或可用水果烹热后再食用;食用奶制品应适量,不宜过多;食物宜烹饪制作成易于吸收的形式食用。

4. Avoid eating greasy, fried, grilled, and spicy foods; Be cautious about eating fruits with a strong cold nature, or eat cooked fruit; eat dairy products in moderation, not too much; food should be cooked to make it easy to absorb.

 5、养成每天定时排便的习惯,尽量保证每天能自然排解大便。

5. Develop the habit of having regular bowel movements every day.

 6、保持每日适当活动。疫情期间基本上是居家闭门状态,可以随时进行一些肢体伸展活动或者力量锻炼,行动不便者也应适当活动手脚。年轻人可跳绳、原地高抬腿跳、哑铃等;老年人在居室中可进行深呼吸、太极拳、八段锦、易筋经等锻炼,以身上有微微温热感或微微汗出为佳。邓老八段锦视频可通过观看《邓铁涛养生之道--八段锦》视频光碟练习(双语版,广东珠江音像出版社出版发行)。

如阳光可照射进家庭居室中,应多到阳光照射区域沐浴阳光。

保持居室卫生清洁,保持空气流通。

6. Maintain proper daily activities. During the epidemic, one should basically stay at home, and some limb stretching or strength training can be performed at any time. People with reduced mobility should also move their hands and feet appropriately. Young people can skip rope, raise legs in the same place, exercise with dumbbells, etc. In the living room, the elderly can perform deep breathing, Taijiquan, Baduanjin, Yijinjing and other exercises. It is better to have a slight warmth or slight sweating on the body. . The video of Deng Lao's Ba Duan Jin can be practiced by watching the video disc "Deng Tietao's Way of Keeping Healthy-Ba Duan Jin" (Bilingual version, published by Guangdong Pearl River Audiovisual Press).

If sunlight can enter the family room, you should bathe in the sunlight.

Keep your home clean and airy.

四、中医药简易辟秽防疫法

(D)Simple Methods for Preventing Epidemics

 1、用艾条按每100平方米1条、或苍术饮片约15-30克的分量,在室内燃烧、烟熏。注意熏蒸期间人不要逗留在室内,熏蒸完毕后彻底通风再进入房间。

1. Use one stick of moxa (mugwort) for every 100 square meters or 15-30 grams of Cang Zhu (bulk, raw form) and burn to fumigate indoor spaces. Note that people should leave the space while there is smoke and only return after the windows have been opened and the smoke has cleared.

 2、手足偏凉人群,可1-2天沐足1次;方法:艾叶50克,青蒿50克,生姜50克(切片),苍术30克,水4000-5000毫升,滚开后转小火煮15分钟,待水温降至约45℃左右,浸泡足部,每次约15-20分钟,沐足水温不要低于35℃,以身上有微微温热感或微微汗出为佳。

2.For people with cold hands and feet, a foot soak can be used every 1-2 days. Method: Place the following in 4000-5000ml of water: Ai ye 50g, Qing Hao 50g, Sheng Jiang 50g, Cang Zhu 50g. After the water has boiled, let it simmer for 15 minutes until the water has reached 45℃. Soak the feet for 15-20 minutes each time. Do not let the temperature of the foot bath drop below 35 degrees Celsius. One should feel slightly warm or break out in a light sweat.  

 3、辟秽香囊:苍术、白芷、菖蒲、川芎、香附、辛夷、吴茱萸、藿香、艾叶,各等分。共研细末后放在布包中。随包佩带或放置家中。

3. Herbal Sachets to Ward off Pestilence

The following ingredients can be ground into fine powder and placed in a sachet or cloth bag. This can be carried on the body or in rooms at home. Take equal part of the following: cang zhu, bai zhi, shi chang pu, chuan xiong, xiang fu, xin yi hua, wu zhu yu, huo xiang, and ai ye.

 五、穴位保健按摩

(E)Health Massage on Acupuncture Points

 在这次的新型冠状病毒肺炎中,许多患者早期有外感症状,同时胃肠功能受到损伤,表现为胃口差、肚子胀、肚子响,大便稀烂或者大便不通。推荐对一些穴位进行自我保健按摩,改善胃肠功能和外感症状。

1、 腿上的足三里穴

足三里穴具有明确的调节肠道功能,能健脾化湿,生发胃气,对于此次病毒性肺炎非常适用。

定位方法:足三里在小腿前外侧,犊鼻下3寸,犊鼻与解溪连线上。站位弯腰,同侧手虎口围住髌骨上外缘,余4指向下,中指指尖处。

按摩方法:找到穴位后,用拇指或中指按揉、按压。穴位定位正确后,按压足三里穴会出现明显的酸痛、酸胀感觉。这是正常的反应,按压的力度以出现这种感觉为宜。每次按揉5分钟,每日多次。

 1. Zu San Li (ST 36)

Zu san li (ST36) has a significant ability to regulate intestinal functions, build the spleen and transform dampness, and generate stomach qi and is very suitable for addressing pneumonia from this virus.

Location method: Zusanli is located on the front and lateral side of the leg, 3 inches below the “eye” of the knee, on the line between the eye of the knee and Jie Xi (ST41) on the ankle. Bend over and place the hand over the knee vertically, with the “fish belly” on the thumb side over the eye and the four fingers pointed down. The tip of the middle finger tip should be above the point.

Massage method: After finding the acupoint, use the thumb or middle finger to massage and press. When the acupoints are positioned correctly, pressing Zusanli will cause obvious pain and a sensation of distention or radiation. This is a normal reaction, and the pressure should be appropriate for producing this feeling. Press and knead for 5 minutes at a time, several times a day.

 2、 手上的曲池穴、合谷穴

曲池穴和合谷穴是大肠经的穴位,同样具有调整肠道的功能,同时还具有一定的退热效果。

曲池穴定位方法:曲池在手肘处,把胳膊弯曲,肘横纹这条细缝靠近肘尖的部位就是。按摩方法:双手交叉按摩,找到穴位后,用拇指按揉、按压5分钟,按压力度同样以感觉酸痛为宜,每日多次。

合谷穴定位方法:合谷穴在手背,将食指、拇指并拢,在肌肉最高点便是。

按摩方法:用拇指指尖用力掐揉3-5分钟,按压力度同样以感觉酸痛为宜。每日多次。

2. Hand Points: Qu chi (LI11) and He gu (LI4)

Qu chi (LI11) and He gu (LI4) are both on the large intestine channel and can regulate the functions of the intestines as well as relieve fever.

Quchi (LI11) location method: Quchi is at the elbow, when the arm is bent it is at the end of the crease form by the bend.

 Massage method: Cross one arm over the other to massage. After finding the acupuncture point, rub with your thumb and press for 5 minutes. Pressure should produce soreness; do this several times a day.

Hegu (LI4) location method: Hegu is on the back of the hand. Press the index finger and thumb together, and the highest point of the muscle is the point.

Massage method: Use your thumb and fingertips to knead for 3-5 minutes. Press the pressure to produce slight pain. Press several times daily.

 3. 手臂上的支沟穴、孔最穴

支沟穴是手少阳三焦经的穴位,对于便秘具有一定的治疗作用,取到泄热通便的功用。孔最穴是手太阴肺经的穴位,对于鼻塞具有一定的治疗作用,取到宣肺通窍的作用。

支沟穴定位方法:支沟穴在前臂背侧,伸臂俯掌,腕背横纹上3寸,尺骨与桡骨之间。

按摩方法:用拇指指尖用力掐揉3-5分钟,按压力度同样以感觉酸痛为宜。每日多次。

孔最穴定位方法:在前臂掌面桡侧,当尺泽与太渊连线上,腕横纹上7寸。手臂向前,仰掌向上,以另手握住手臂中段处,用拇指指尖、垂直下按即是该穴。

按摩方法:双手交叉按摩,找到穴位后,用拇指按揉、按压5分钟,按压力度同样以感觉酸痛为宜,每日多次。

3.Arm point: Zhi Gou (SJ6) and Kong Zui (LU6)

Zhi Gou (SJ6) is on the Hand Shao yang Triple Burner Channel and is effective for constipation. It drains heat and frees the stool. Kong Zui (LU6) is on the Hand Taiyin Lung Channels and is effective for nasal congestion and can diffuse the lung and open the orfices.

Zhi Gou (SJ6) location method: On the dorsal side of the forearm, stretch out the palms of your arms, the point is 3 body-inches (cun) above the horizontal creases of the dorsal wrist, between the ulna and the radius.

Massage method: pinch and knead with the tip of the thumb for 3-5 minutes; Pressure should produce slight pain. Perform several times a day.

Location method: On the radial side of the palmar surface of forearm, on a line between the elbow and the wrist, the point is 7 cun above the wrist. Hold the middle part of the arm with the other hand, and press vertically with the tip of the thumb.

Massage method: After finding the acupoint, press and knead with the thumb for 5 minutes. Pressure should produce slight pain. Perform several times a day.

 六、心理自理自助与疏导

2、放松训练:依次对手部、上肢、头部、下肢、双脚等各组群进行逐渐紧张和放松的过程,最后达到全身放松的目的。

3、正确宣泄情绪:可以通过写日记、亲朋间的有效沟通或寻求专业人士帮助等途径和方式宣泄不良情绪。

4、调整认知,做有意义、有价值感的事情。
