(一)呼吸六字诀
1.六字各对应不同的脏腑:呵(he)—心、呬(si)—肺,嘘(xu)—肝、呼(hu)—脾、吹(chui)—肾、嘻(xi)—三焦。
2. 方法:按照五行相生的顺序即“嘘(xu)、呵(he)、呼(hu)、呬(si)、吹(chui)、嘻(xi)”,依次每个字6秒,反复6遍,腹式呼吸方式,建议每天1~2组,根据个人具体情况调整当天运动方式及总量。
(A) Six Healing Sounds Breathing Method
1. Each of the six sounds corresponds to a different internal organ (zang-fu) he—heart ; si—lung; xu—liver; hu—spleen; chui—kidney; xi—triple jiao.
2. Method: The sounds can be intoned in the order of the five-phase generative cycle: “xu, he, hu, si, chui, xi.” Each one should be intoned for 6 seconds and repeated six times while engaging in abdominal breathing. One or two sets per day are usually appropriate but one can change the form and amount based on one’s condition each day.
(二)“三一二”经络锻炼法
“三”是按摩双侧的合谷、内关和足三里3个穴位。一般人每天早晚各1次,每次5分钟,左右不拘,按摩时如能感到酸、麻、胀,并且这种感觉有上下蹿动的得气感就是有效按摩,按压的频率约为每分钟30次。“一”是学习一种意守丹田的腹式呼吸方法。每天早晚各1次,每次5分钟。“二”是进行以两条腿下蹲为主的、力所能及的、自觉的体育锻炼,每天1次,每次5~10分钟。
(B)“3-1-2” Channel Exercise
“Three” refers to massaging three points: He Gu (LI4), Nei guan (PC6), and Zu San Li (ST36). This can be done twice a day, morning and evening, for 5 minutes each time on both the right and left sides. One should feel soreness, numbness, or distention that radiates up or down with a slightly pulsating sensations. These sensations are part of “the arrival of Qi” and indicate the massage is effective. The speed of massage should be about 30 times per minute. “One refers to abdominal breathing and holding the intention on the Dan Tian (Hara) or energy center of the body. This can be done twice a day, morning and evening, for 5 minutes each time. “Two” refers to using your two legs and squatting as low as you can, once a day for 5-10 minutes each time. One should be self-motivated to do these exercises.

25. What problems should patients with mild symptoms pay attention to in the recovery stage?
(一)虚邪贼风,避之有时,注意防护
注意保暖,避免到人群拥挤的地方,尽量远离人多且密闭的环境如超市、商场、生鲜市场等。咳嗽和打喷嚏时请用纸巾或屈肘遮掩口鼻,防止飞沫传播。避免接触新型冠状病毒感染者,饭前便后及触摸污染或疑似污染物后应洗手。
(A)“Empty evils and robber winds must be avoided in a timely way”: protection and prevention
Pay attention to keeping warm. Avoid crowded places and, as much as possible, avoid enclosed places with poor air circulation and many people, such as supermarkets, malls and fresh vegetable markets. (二)起居有常,注意按时作息

(三)注意均衡饮食,适度运动,避免长期卧床
中医辨证认为湿邪重是新型冠状病毒肺炎一个重要原因,故饮食宜清淡而富有营养,适当增加新鲜的蔬果,少食或忌食生冷、油炸、熏烤或辛辣、油腻之品;不吃未经检疫的食物,注意生食和熟食的刀具、菜板区分使用。
(C)Maintain a balanced diet, exercise appropriately, avoid lying in bed for prolonged periods of time
According to Chinese medicine pattern differentiation, this novel coronavirus is a strong damp pathogen, therefore our diets should be light and highly nutritious. Add more fresh fruits and vegetables, and reduce or avoid raw, fried foods, grilled or spicy foods, or oily foods. Do not eat anything that has not been properly inspected for the virus, separate knives and cutting boards used for cooked and raw foods.
(四)适当进行体育锻炼,增强体质
可根据身体情况练习太极拳、八段锦、五禽戏、导引养生功十二法等传统功法等,运动量可根据个人具体情况而定,一般每次运动20~30分钟,每日1次。可以通过功法,增加肺功能、降低气道阻力、提高免疫功能、改善运动能力等途径提高呼吸系统疾病患者的活动能力和生活质量。
(D)Engage in appropriate physical exercise to enhance physical fitness
Taking your level of fitness into account, you can practice Tai Chi, Eight Pieces of Brocade, Five Animal Frolic, Twelve Daoyin Cultivation Exercises and other traditional forms of internal martial arts. Exercise should be tailored to your level of fitness, generally exercising once a day for 20-30 minutes is appropriate. Using breathing exercises or internal martial arts, you can improve the functioning of the lungs, decrease airway obstructions, and increase immunity. All of these methods can improve mobility and quality of life for people suffering from this disease.
(五)保持积极乐观心态,做好卫生
心平气和,清心勿躁,保持乐观向上良好心态,有助于提高身体免疫力,若有不良情绪,及时寻求心理咨询。
(E)Remain calm and don’t let yourself get upset.
Be optimistic and keep striving to improve. This will increase your immunity. If you are worried or anxious, consult a counselor or psychologist.
(六)如有不适,及时上报
若再次出现发热、咳嗽、胸闷、呼吸困难等不适,应立刻上报,由定点医院收治。
(F)If you feel ill, report it immediately.
If you have fever, cough, stuffiness in your chest, difficulty breathing or other symptoms, report immediately and go to a designated hospital for treatment if necessary.
二十六、经过气管插管的患者在新型冠状病毒肺炎康复期需要注意哪些问题?
26. What problems do patients who were intubated need to consider during the recovery period?
1.保持呼吸道通畅,及时清理口腔及气管内痰液、分泌物等,以免堵塞气道。
1. Maintain open airways. Immediately remove phlegm, mucus or other secretions from the mouth and trachea to keep the airways from getting blocked.
2. 饮食规律,加强营养,以软食为主,禁辛辣刺激,可用西洋参、黄芪,玄参等泡水代茶饮。也可服药膳如沙参玉竹莲子百合汤(沙参50克,玉竹、莲子、百合各25克,鸡蛋1个):将沙参、玉竹、莲子、百合洗净,同鸡蛋连壳一起下锅,同炖半小时,取出鸡蛋除壳,再同炖至药物软烂。食鸡蛋饮汤,可加糖调味。
2. Keep a regular eating schedule with highly nutritious foods. Avoid spicy and stimulating foods. Xi Yang Shen (Radix Panacis Quinquefolii), Huang Qi (Radix Astragali) and Xuan Shen (Radix Scrophulariae) can all be used as herbal teas. Sha Shen Yu Zhu Lian Zi Bai He Soup (Sha Shen (Radix Glehniae) 50g; Yu Zhu (Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati), Lian Zi (Semen Nelumbinis) and Bai He (Bulbus Lilii) 25g each; one egg). Rince all of the ingredients except the egg until clean, and place in a pot with a whole egg. Simmer for half an hour. Remove the egg and peel. Add back to the pot and cook until soft and crumbly. Eat the egg and drink the liquid. Add sugar if desired.
3. 注意休息,保证充足睡眠,防止进行剧烈运动,以免增加耗氧量,可进行适当的导引锻炼如太极拳、八段锦以恢复肺功能。
